The Supreme Wisdom and the Principles of Islam

A theological and philosophical examination.

By Mike Rashid King • Allah's Humble Servant

إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ
Indeed, We have created everything according to a measure.
Surah Al-Qamar · 54:49

Mathematics is the language of Allah. Reality is explained by it. Not approximated by it. Not described loosely by it. Explained with exquisite, unreasonable, almost offensive precision. The same equations that map the orbit of a planet map the curve of a shell on the ocean floor. The same proportions that govern the spiral of a galaxy govern the growth pattern of a single seed. That kind of consistency does not happen by accident. It is the signature of One Author.

The Quran does not use the clinical vocabulary of modern science. It was delivered in 7th century Arabic, the only vessel its first recipients could hold. But place the Quran's declarations next to what modern science eventually named and measured, and the correspondence lands exactly. The language changed. The precision inside it did not move one degree.

Mathematics is the language of Allah. The Supreme Wisdom Lessons understood that. Now read everything that follows with that as your foundation.

الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ
The sun and the moon run by precise calculation.
Surah Ar-Rahman · 55:5
He set the sun as radiance and the moon as measured light, and determined its phases in number, so that you may know the count of years and the reckoning.
Surah Yunus · 10:5

OneLanguage Changes. Constants Do Not.

There is a difference between the language a people use to describe a truth and the truth itself.

Two plus two equals four. In Arabic: اثنان زائد اثنان يساوي أربعة. In Spanish: dos más dos son cuatro. The language changes. The equation does not move. It cannot move. A constant has no version. It has no translation. It only has recognition.

The Supreme Wisdom Lessons are written in the language of a specific people, inside a specific historical wound, delivered to produce a specific result. That language sounds foreign to those who did not live that wound. The principles inside it are not foreign. They are the same constants that have surfaced in every serious tradition that has ever tried to tell the truth about the human condition. Read the Lessons as language, and you will argue. Read them as equations, and something opens.

Settings change. Languages change. People change. Constants do not. The work of this paper is to show you the constant living inside the language.

TwoThere Is No Mystery God

The Lessons teach that there is no mystery God. At the surface, that sentence will alarm people trained to protect a certain image of religion. The alarm comes from misreading the target.

The target is not Allah. The target is a specific operation: the deliberate repackaging of God as invisible, unknowable, and permanently out of reach, deployed by those in power to produce people too spiritually paralyzed to resist their own oppression. That operation has been running in every century, under every flag, through every religion that has been captured by those who profit from obedience.

Allah in the Quran is Al-Zahir, The Manifest. Not hidden. Not absent. Not theoretical.

In Surah Qaf (50:16), Allah says He is closer to man than his jugular vein. That is not the description of a mystery. The Lessons did not reject Allah. They rejected the mask placed over Allah's face by those who needed the people still. That distinction carries in every language and every century. It is the same equation.

The constant: every era produces a domesticated God, shaped by those who need the people to wait, to accept, to trust the man standing over them. The Lessons named that operation in plain language in 1930. The Quran named it fourteen centuries earlier. Same equation. Different address.

ThreeThe Original Man Is God

In Surah Al-Baqarah (2:30), Allah tells the angels: إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً. I am placing a khalifah, a vicegerent, a divine trustee, on the earth. Not a laborer. Not property. A trustee of divine authority, given consciousness, language, moral agency, and stewardship over creation from the moment of his making.

Allah then taught Adam the names of all things. Not some things. All things. The capacity to classify, to understand the structure of reality, was placed inside the human being at creation. It was not earned. It was endowed.

The Lessons delivered that same equation to people who had been legally classified as subhuman for two and a half centuries. People whose children were sold. People told from birth, by law and by pulpit, that they carried no soul worth accounting for. The phrase God of the Universe in that context is the return of the khalifah identity, the one the Quran had already established, to a people every system had worked to bury. The constant is the same in any language: the human being carries divine trust.

FourYacob and the Equation of Corruption

Before any name or any specific account, there is an equation. It has surfaced in every civilization that has ever tried to account for how corruption enters the world.

When a being cuts itself from its origin, severs from the nature Allah placed inside it, and accumulates power with no accountability to truth, it produces destruction. Not eventually. By structure.

The Quran carries this equation in the account of Iblis. A being created with capacity, who chose pride over submission, cut himself from his proper position before Allah, and became by that separation an agent of misguidance. The destruction was not added as a consequence. It was the direct product of the cut itself.

Yacob is that equation delivered in the language of a people in Detroit in 1930, people who had just come through centuries of documented, deliberate human engineering at the hands of a specific oppressive power. They needed the equation in a form that matched what they had actually lived. The Lessons gave it to them in that form.

The Arabic word for oppression, dhulm (ظلم), carries at its root the meaning of displacement: putting a thing outside its rightful position. A being displaced from its origin produces disorder. A system built on that displacement produces what history shows it produces.

FiveThe 85, the 10, and the 5 Percent

This is the Lessons' account of human beings and their relationship to knowledge. The categories are a constant. Every serious tradition that has tried to explain why truth does not spread evenly has landed on the same three types.

Those who do not know and are managed by whoever does. Those who know and use that knowledge to hold power over the first group. Those who know and spend themselves giving it away.

The Quran describes the first group through ghaflah (غفلة), heedlessness. Surah Muhammad asks whether they reflect on the Quran, or whether locks have been placed on their hearts. The second group the Quran addresses in Surah At-Tawbah, condemning those who consume the wealth of the people through corrupt religious authority. The Lessons called them the 10 percent. The Quran named the same function fourteen centuries earlier.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said the scholars are the inheritors of the prophets. That is the 5 percent. People who carry knowledge and distribute it without charging the people's dignity as the price. The language shifts across every tradition. The taxonomy does not change.

SixMathematics Is Islam

Problem 13 of the Problem Book states it without decoration: After learning Mathematics, which is Islam, and Islam is Mathematics, it stands true, you can always prove it at no limit of time.

That statement is a direct consequence of tawhid (توحيد), the absolute oneness and consistency of the Creator. If Allah is One and Allah created all things, then all things operate by consistent law. Not mostly consistent. Not consistent for certain people in certain places. Consistent everywhere, because the Lawgiver does not have variations.

Islam is built on precision. Five prayers timed to the position of the sun. Zakat calculated to the fraction. Inheritance divided by law, not by feeling. The hajj in an exact, unalterable sequence. Allah's 99 Names are not decoration. They are a complete taxonomy of what is real, a precise account of the attributes that operate the universe. When the Lessons say Islam and mathematics are identical, they are pointing at sunnatullah (سنة الله), the consistent law of Allah running through everything He created.

SevenThe Lost-Found

A people are removed from their origin. They lose their language, their name, their knowledge of themselves, their connection to their Lord. They are told for generations that they are the lowest form of life. A messenger arrives. He tells them who they actually are.

That is not one people's story. That is the equation that defines why messengers are sent.

Ibrahim arrived among people buried in idol worship. Musa arrived among a people enslaved in Egypt who had lost their covenant. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, arrived among people deep in jahiliyyah and returned to them what had been covered. The setting changes every time. The wound is always specific to the people receiving the message. The equation is the same: a people cut from truth, a messenger, a return.

The Lessons placed that equation inside the exact historical coordinates of the African American experience. Surah Al-Asr covers the entire arc in three verses. Mankind is in loss. Except those who believe, do righteous deeds, and counsel one another toward truth and toward patience. That is the Lost-Found narrative in four lines of Arabic. Same equation. Different language.

Read this document looking for constants. The man who reads looking for what is wrong will find something to argue with. The man who reads looking for what is true will find something he already knew, now clearly named.

And Allah knows, and you do not know. — Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:216
