Where can I find other eBooks that I purchased aside from the challenge registration?
You can locate the download links using your invoice. When you purchase your registration and other eBooks, you will receive 2 emails after you checkout. You will receive your invoice and your welcome email. Make sure you do not delete your receipts.
I do not want the supplements. How can I request for a refund?
- It is advised that you contact the alphashred support team immediately after your purchase.
- We will process the cancellation of the order immediately before it gets shipped out to you.
- Only items that are not shipped and canceled are reconsidered for a refund.
- If the items are already shipped, you can still request a refund. We will honor your request for a refund once the items are returned to us in good condition and sealed or unopened.
- You will shoulder the shipping return fee of the package.
I have purchased the supplements but I have yet to receive the package. Where can I find my tracking number?
If you have ordered the supplements together with your challenge registration, kindly wait for an email that will inform you that your order has been shipped. The email you will receive contains your tracking numbers. If you have ordered supplements outside the challenge registration, directly contact AmbrosiaCollective.com. Please be aware that delays will occur due to the current pandemic.
I forgot to use the coupon code when I signed up. Can I get a refund?
The coupon code needs to be used on checkout. The discount amount is not refundable.
Can I still buy the Overtraining eBook at a discounted price after I had completed my purchase of the Alpha Shred Challenge?
The discount on the Overtraining eBook is a one-time offer only when we sign up for the Alpha Shred Challenge. If you have already completed your purchase, you can only buy the Overtraining eBook from https://overtraining.com
I have availed the free private trial, will I get charged after the free week?
Yes. Once your 7 days free trial period is over, you will be charged the $39.99 monthly until you cancel. If you don't want to continue with the private training app subscription, request for a cancellation preferably before your free week is over at coaching@mikerashid.com to avoid any unwanted charges.
This only applies to those who have availed the free week private training app. Alphashred challenge registration charges only once per season.
I have accidentally added the supplements stacks in my purchase. How can I cancel the order of the supplements?
If you have accidentally included the supplements in your purchase, contact Alphashred support immediately within the hour of your purchase. We can only process supplement purchases that were made together with the challenge registration.
I received supplements that I had apparently purchased when I signed up for the challenge. Can I return this and get a refund?
Yes. Just send the unopened package back to the return address. We will process the refund as soon as we receive it and confirm that the products are unopened.
